Checking the Status of Your Review Request Emails in the Requests Dashboard
The Vital app provides an easy way to monitor the status of your review request emails through the Requests Dashboard. By checking the status, you can track which emails have been sent, which are pending, and identify any issues that need attention. Follow these steps to check the status of your review request emails:
1. Log in to The Vital Dashboard
- Start by logging in to your Shopify store, navigating to the Apps section, and selecting The Vital app to access the dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Collect Reviews Section
- In the sidebar of The Vital dashboard, locate the Reviews section and click on Collect Reviews.
- This section is where you can manage all review request activities, including checking the status of sent or scheduled emails.
3. Go to the Requests Dashboard
- Inside the Collect Reviews section, click on the Requests Dashboard tab. This will open the dashboard where you can view the status of all review requests.
4. View Review Request Status
- In the Requests Dashboard, you will see a list of all review request emails that have been sent or are scheduled.
- Each request will have a status label indicating its current state:
- Sent: The email has been successfully sent to the customer.
- Scheduled: The email is scheduled to be sent at a specific time in the future.
- Failed: There was an issue with sending the email (e.g., incorrect customer email).
- Pending: The email is queued to be sent shortly.
5. Filter and Search Review Requests
- You can filter the review requests by status or use the search bar to find specific customer orders or review requests.
6. Take Action if Needed
- If a review request email has failed, click on the request to view more details and troubleshoot the issue.
- You can also resend a failed or sent email, or reschedule any pending requests by selecting the relevant options next to the request.
7. Track Engagement
- In addition to the status, the Requests Dashboard may also show information on customer interactions, such as if the customer opened the email or clicked on the review link.
By regularly checking the status of your review request emails, you can stay on top of your review collection process and ensure that customers are receiving timely and effective review requests.
