Configuring review request settings
The review request feature in The Vital app allows you to automate the process of gathering feedback from your customers. You can configure when review request emails are sent, ensuring they reach customers at the right time.
Steps to Configure Review Request Settings:
Log in to The Vital App:
- Use your credentials to log in.
Navigate to the 'Reviews' Section:
- Once logged in, find and select the Reviews section from the main menu.
Go to 'Review Request' Tab:
- Inside the Reviews section, click on Collect Reviews.
- There are three tabs:
- Collect Reviews
- Review Request
- Review Reminder
- Select the Review Request tab.
Configure the Email Timing:
- Under the Review Request tab, locate the Send Email After option.
- You can set when the automated review request email will be sent:
- Choose the number of days (e.g., 1 day) or Immediate if you want the email sent right away.
- If you don’t want an email sent, choose Do Not Send.
Set the Trigger Event:
- In the second dropdown labeled After, select the event that will trigger the review request:
- After Fulfillment: Send the email after the order is fulfilled.
- After Delivery: Send the email after the order has been delivered.
Save Your Settings:
- Once you’ve set the timing and event, make sure to save the changes to activate your settings.
Example Configuration:
If you want to send a review request 2 days after the delivery of an order, choose 2 Days in the first dropdown and After Delivery in the second dropdown. The system will automatically send the review request based on these settings.
