How to Encourage Customers to Leave Media-Filled Reviews

1. Send Review Requests with Media Prompt

   • Use The Vital app’s Collect Review section to send review requests.
   • Make it clear in the email that customers can upload photos and videos of their purchases.
   • Include a friendly message:
     "We’d love to hear from you! Share your feedback and help others by adding photos or videos of your product in action."

2. Offer Incentives or Rewards (Optional)

   • Inform customers about any incentives for sharing detailed reviews (if applicable). For example:
     “Share a photo or video in your review to unlock exclusive deals or offers on your next purchase!”
   • Use active rewards like those visible in the Reward Widget to promote participation.

3. Embed Media in Review Requests

   • When the customer accesses the Customer Dashboard and selects Reviews from the sidebar, they will see all previously purchased products.
   • When they click Write Review, a popup will open with the option to:
     • Select a star rating
     • Write detailed feedback in the text box
     • Upload photos and videos directly within the review form
