Exporting Reviews in a CSV File

Exporting reviews from "The Vital" app allows you to manage feedback offline, analyze trends, or import data into other tools. Follow these steps to export reviews easily:

Steps to Export Reviews

  1. Access the Manage Reviews Section

    • Log in to your Shopify store and open the Vital Dashboard.

    • In the sidebar, click on Manage Reviews.

  2. Select All Reviews

    • Below the search bar, you will see a checkbox. Click on it to select all reviews.

    • Once selected, a dropdown labeled "More Actions" will appear.

  3. Choose Export Option

    • Click on the More Actions dropdown.
    • You will see three options: Publish Reviews, Hide Reviews, and Export.
    • Select Export.

  4. Confirm Export

    • A popup will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to export selected reviews?"
    • Click Yes to confirm the export.

  5. Download the CSV File

    • Once confirmed, the CSV file containing your selected reviews will automatically download.

  • Ensure you have the correct reviews selected before clicking Export.
  • The exported file will contain essential fields such as customer name, rating, review content, and product handle.
