1. Access the Vital Dashboard:
   Log in to your Shopify store and navigate to the Vital Dashboard.

2. Go to Manage Reviews:
   From the sidebar, select Manage Reviews to view and manage all reviews.

3. Click on Import Reviews:
   In the Manage Reviews section, click on Import Reviews to initiate the import process.

4. Prepare Your CSV File:

   • Download the Vital review template and populate it with your data.
   • Required fields include:
     • customer_email: Customer's email address
     • customer_name: Customer's name
     • rating: Star rating (1-5)
     • review: Review content
     • handle: Product handle (the URL slug of the product)
     • status: Published or Hidden
     • source: Web, App, Email, or Import
     • review_images: URLs for any attached review images
     • review_date: Date of the review
     • reply (optional): Your response to the review
     • reply_source (optional): Source of your reply
     • reply_date (optional): Date the reply was submitted

5. Find the Product Handle:

   • Product handles are essential for matching reviews to the correct products.
   • To find a product handle, go to your Shopify product page and copy the slug from the product URL (e.g., /creme from https://yourstore.myshopify.com/products/creme).
   • If you encounter a "product not found" error during import, Sync Products to refresh the product list.

6. Upload the CSV File:

   • Click ‘Add a review file’ and select your completed CSV file.

7. Save the Import:

   • Once your file is uploaded, click Save to finalize the import. Your reviews will now appear in the Manage Reviews section.
