Publishing and hiding reviews
Effectively managing customer reviews is essential for maintaining a strong brand reputation and ensuring a trustworthy shopping experience. Vital provides an easy-to-use feature to publish or hide reviews directly from your Shopify store. Follow these steps to manage your reviews seamlessly:
Access the Vital Dashboard
Start by logging in to your Shopify store and navigating to the Vital Dashboard. This central hub allows you to manage various aspects of your store, including customer reviews.
Go to the Reviews Section
In the Vital Dashboard, locate and click on the Reviews tab. This section will display all the tools you need to manage customer feedback.
Open Manage Reviews
Within the Reviews section, select Manage Reviews. This feature lets you view all the reviews collected from different sources, giving you control over what feedback appears on your store.
Search and Select a Review
Use the search bar to find a specific review or browse through the list to locate the review you want to manage. Click on the review to open its details.
Publish or Hide a Review
To make a review visible on your store, click the 'Publish' button. If you decide a review should not be displayed, simply click the 'Hide' button. This gives you control over the customer feedback showcased on your site.
Save Changes
Ensure all changes are saved to keep your review management settings up to date.
