Replying to reviews

Engaging with customer feedback is crucial for building trust and fostering customer relationships. Vital makes it simple to reply to reviews directly from your Shopify store. Follow these steps to effectively respond to customer feedback:

  1. Access the Vital Dashboard

Begin by logging into your Shopify store and navigating to the Vital Dashboard. This dashboard is the central location for managing various aspects of your store, including customer reviews.


  1. Navigate to the Reviews Section

Within the Vital Dashboard, click on the Reviews tab. This section provides all the necessary tools to manage and respond to customer feedback.


  1. Open Manage Reviews

Select Manage Reviews from the Reviews tab. This feature allows you to view all reviews collected from different sources, giving you control over customer interactions.


  1. Search and Select a Review

Use the search bar to find a specific review or scroll through the list to locate the review you want to respond to. Click on the review to open its details.


  1. Click the 'Reply' Button

To respond to a review, click the 'Reply' button. This will open a text box where you can type your response.


  1. Craft a Thoughtful Reply

Write a response that addresses the customer's feedback. Be sure to thank them for their review and provide any necessary information or support.
