Requesting a review update

The Vital app makes it easy to request reviews from your customers after their purchase. Follow the steps below to automate review requests and choose the timing of the email sent to your customers.

Steps to Request a Review:

  1. Log in to The Vital App:

    • Use your credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to the 'Reviews' Section:

    • Once logged in, find the Reviews section in the main menu.

  3. Access the 'Review Request' Tab:

    • Inside the Reviews section, click on Collect Reviews.
    • You’ll see three tabs:
      • Collect Reviews
      • Review Request
      • Review Reminder
    • Click on the Review Request tab to proceed.

  4. Set Review Request Email Timing:

    • Under this tab, you’ll see an option labeled Send Email After.
    • You can customize when the automated review request email will be sent to your customers.

  5. Customize the Timing and Event:

    • In the first dropdown, select when you want the email to be sent. You can choose the number of days (e.g., 1 day), Immediate, or Do Not Send.
    • In the second dropdown labeled After, choose the event that triggers the email:
      • After Fulfillment: Send the request after the order is fulfilled.
      • After Delivery: Send the request after the order has been delivered.

Example:

Let’s say you want to send a review request email 1 day after delivery of an order. Simply select "1 Day" in the first dropdown and "Delivery" in the second dropdown.

Once these settings are configured, the review request emails will automatically be sent based on your preferences.
