Scheduling a single review request

Scheduling a review request for a specific customer allows you to time your request for feedback at the perfect moment. Whether you're following up on a recent order or a particular customer interaction, The Vital makes it easy to schedule a single review request. Here’s how:

1. Log in to The Vital Dashboard

  • Log in to your Shopify store, navigate to the Apps section, and click on The Vital app to access the dashboard.

2. Navigate to the Collect Reviews Section

  • In the sidebar menu of The Vital dashboard, locate the Reviews section and click on Collect Reviews. This section is where you can manage and schedule review requests.

3. Find the Customer Order

  • In the Collect Reviews section, you will see a list of past customer orders.
  • Search for the specific customer order you want to request a review for by using the search bar or by scrolling through the list.

4. Schedule the Review Request

  • Once you’ve found the order, click on the Schedule Review Request button next to the customer’s order information.
  • A popup will appear, allowing you to select the exact date and time when the review request email will be sent to the customer.

5. Set the Date and Time

  • In the popup, choose a date and time that makes sense for sending the review request. Typically, it's good practice to schedule the request a few days after the customer has received their order, giving them time to use the product.

6. Confirm the Schedule

  • After selecting the date and time, click Confirm to save your settings.
  • The review request will now be queued to be sent automatically at your chosen time.

7. Track Scheduled Requests

  • You can monitor and manage any scheduled review requests in the Collect Reviews section.
  • If needed, you can reschedule or cancel the request by clicking on the respective options next to the scheduled order.

By scheduling a single review request, you can ensure personalized follow-up with customers at the right time, leading to higher response rates and more meaningful reviews.
