Access the Vital Dashboard
Log in to your Shopify store and navigate to the Vital Dashboard. This dashboard provides a central hub for managing customer interactions and reviews.
Navigate to the Reviews Section
Click on the Reviews tab from the dashboard. This section allows you to manage all aspects of customer reviews, including scheduling review requests.
Go to Review Request
Within the Reviews section, locate the Review Request feature. This tool is specifically designed for automating the process of requesting reviews from customers after they make a purchase.
Set Up Email Scheduling
Click on Send email after to determine when the review request email should be sent. You can choose to send the email after either the fulfillment or the delivery of the order.
Select Fulfillment or Delivery
Choose the appropriate timing based on your business needs—either after order fulfillment or after the delivery is completed.
Save Your Settings
