Scheduling review requests for past shopify orders

With The Vital, you can easily schedule review requests for past orders in your Shopify store, helping you engage with customers who may not have provided feedback. Here's how to do it:

Steps to Schedule Review Requests:

  1. Log in to Your Shopify Store
    Begin by logging into your Shopify store and accessing The Vital app.

  2. Navigate to the Collect Reviews Section
    From the sidebar menu, click on Reviews. Then, select Collect Reviews from the options. This is where you can manage and schedule review requests.

  3. Select Past Orders
    In the Collect Reviews section, you will find options for sending review requests. Locate the list of past Shopify orders that haven't received a review request yet.

  4. Set the Timing for Review Requests
    Choose when you would like the review request email to be sent. You can select from options like sending the request 1 day after delivery, immediately, or customize the timing based on order fulfillment or delivery.

  5. Click "Send Mail"
    To manually send a review request for a specific order, click the Send Mail button. This will trigger the review request email to be sent to your customer.

  6. Monitor Responses
    After scheduling or sending the request, you can track the status of review submissions within the Manage Reviews section.

This feature ensures that even past orders get a chance to contribute reviews, helping you gather valuable customer feedback over time.
