Scheduling reviews request

The Vital app provides an option to schedule when review request emails are sent to your customers, giving you full control over the timing of your communication.

Steps to Schedule Review Requests:

  1. Log in to The Vital App:

    • Use your credentials to log in.

  2. Navigate to the 'Reviews' Section:

    • From the main menu, click on Reviews.

  3. Access the 'Review Request' Tab:

    • Inside the Reviews section, click on Collect Reviews.
    • In the Collect Reviews area, click on the Review Request tab.

  4. Set the Email Timing:

    • Under Send Email After, you can schedule when you want to send the review request:
      • Choose the number of days (e.g., 1 day) for how long after the trigger event the email should be sent.
      • Select Immediate if you want the email to be sent right after the event occurs.
      • If you do not wish to send a review request, select Do Not Send.

  5. Choose the Trigger Event:

    • In the second dropdown, labeled After, select the event that will trigger the email:
      • After Fulfillment: Sends the request after the order is fulfilled.
      • After Delivery: Sends the request after the order has been delivered.
  6. Save Your Changes:

    • Once you have set the desired timing and trigger event, click Save to schedule the review requests.

Example:

If you want to send a review request email 3 days after an order is delivered, select 3 Days in the first dropdown and After Delivery in the second dropdown. The system will then send the review request email automatically based on this schedule.

By setting up scheduled review requests, you ensure that customers receive their review emails at the optimal time, improving the chances of receiving feedback.
