The Account Settings in The Vital App allow you to manage essential store information, ensuring smooth operation across Rewards, Deals, Reviews, and Widgets. This section provides key fields that are pre-filled based on your Shopify store data, but you can adjust them as needed.
How to Access Account Settings
- Login to The Vital App:
- Log in through your Shopify store dashboard and access The Vital App.
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Go to Settings & Customization > Account Settings.
Fields in Account Settings
These fields are crucial for managing how your store interacts with customers and displays relevant information.
- Shop Name: Automatically fetched from your Shopify store but editable if needed.
- Shop Owner Name: Pre-filled from Shopify.
- Notification Email: The email address where system notifications and alerts will be sent.
- Store Timezone: Pre-configured based on your Shopify settings, ensuring emails and other features are synced with your region.
- Store Language: Set according to your Shopify store's language preferences.
- Upload Store Logo:
- Why Upload a Logo? The logo will be displayed prominently on the Deals page, enhancing your branding.
- How to Upload: Click on the upload button to select and add your store’s logo.
Other Options Available in Settings
In addition to Account Settings, the following options are available under the Settings & Customization section:
1. Plan & Billing
- Review your current plan, monitor usage, and manage payment details.
2. Data Syncing
- Ensure that your product, order, and customer data stay updated by syncing with Shopify.
