Updating Billing Information
Managing your billing information in The Vital App ensures uninterrupted service and access to the features included in your plan. Follow this guide to update your billing, choose the right plan, and apply discount codes.
- Access the Vital App:
- Log in via your Shopify store and open The Vital App.
- Go to Plan & Billing:
- Navigate to Settings > Plan & Billing.
- Select Your Billing Cycle:
- Monthly Billing: Pay every month.
- Annual Billing: Save 20% with yearly payments.
- Choose a Plan:

How to Apply Discount Codes
- Get a Discount Code:
- Schedule a Call using the "Schedule Call" button on top of the page.
- Contact us for discount offers.
- Enter Discount Code:
- Once you receive the code, enter it in the "Enter Discount Code" field.
Check Your Current Plan and Usage
On the Plan & Billing page, you’ll see two cards at the top:
- Current Active Plan:
- Displays the plan you are currently subscribed to (e.g., Premium).
- Usage Limit:
- Track your current usage (orders and emails) based on your plan's limits.
Example:
- Orders: 1/7500 (0.013%)
- Emails: 9/10,000
